Questions people ask

What counts as a device?: Every machine with the client installed, online or not. Uninstall the client and it stops counting.
What counts as a technician?: Everybody in your organisation, you included, plus invitations still waiting to be accepted.
What happens when a trial ends?: If you have not chosen to pay, your organisation moves to Free. Nothing is deleted; you just cannot add more than Free allows.
Can I move to a smaller plan?: Yes, once you are within its limits. The billing page tells you exactly what to remove first if you are not.
